Description
Designed by renowned Danish architect and furniture designer Kobfod Larsen as part of the G Plan Danish range this is the fairly rare dressing table that the previous owner modified to use as a desk and separate, wall hung mirror. It features the signature ‘split’ teak square handles, ergonomic swooping base and sharp rebated edging to the desk top. On either side of the knee hole space are a pair of drawers, with the right hand bank being of wider proportions to lend, a slight, off centre aesthetic, to the design. The gold ‘Kofod Larsen’ signature stamp is visible inside the drawer.
We have fitted the mirror back on with a pair of batons so that this can be reinstated as a dressing table if required, however, the original swing mechanism used to angle the mirror could not be found so the mirror sits at a fixed angle. The mirror remains easily detachable and makes a really lovely full length, teak framed, mirror should you intend to continue to use this as a desk.
In good condition with just the odd bump or bruise commensurate with age. Please study the images for a good representation of the condition and feel free to message me with any questions.
