Description

An early 1960s coat and hat stand with a handy storage cupboard and key drawer. Set on a lovely, mellow, teak backboard, this is an aesthetically pleasing and rather stylish statement piece befitting of any hallway, be it domestic or commercial. The stand can sit flush to the wall and be secured in place, via the handy eyelet at the top, for added stability. The brass umbrella hoop is no longer in place, however the original drip tray is still intact (these are usually missing) meaning that this area can still be used as a functional umbrella stand.
Why Buy Me? A handsome and stylish addition to any spacious entrance hall, under stairs nook, or boot room. With delightful brass fitting, set off by the warm, yet mellow, tones of my teak structure, I ooze sophistication and will surely bring a touch of the ‘wow factor’ to your home or workspace.

In good condition but with the odd bump or scrape commensurate with age. There is some foxing to the mirror and the brass rods of the hat rack show some age related patina but we feel that these slight imperfections add to the personality of the piece and are not aesthetically displeasing. The original hoop for holding umbrellas has been lost, however, umbrellas can still be propped up in this area if desired. Please study the images for a good representation of the condition and feel free to message me for any further details.
