In good condition with just the possibility of the odd scratch or bruise commensurate with age. There is some slight sun-fade to the teak on the right hand side support of the unit but this is minimal (it is a little darker about a third of the way up from the base than at the top, probably where another piece of furniture has been leaning against it).
